A Massive Celebration
Every October, Carpinteria hosts the massive California Avocado Festival, drawing over 50,000 visitors to Linden Avenue. As one of the largest free festivals in California, it's a three-day celebration of everything avocado.
You can sample avocado ice cream, avocado beer, and the world's largest vat of guacamole. With three stages of live music, hundreds of arts and crafts vendors, and a truly festive community atmosphere, it's the highlight of the local calendar and an absolute must-visit event.
